Not every demolition job needs a wrecking crew. Sheds, carports, garages, barns, decks, fences and outbuildings are exactly the scale a compact track loader and a dump truck handle well — often start to finish in a single day.

We take the structure down, separate what can be recycled, haul the debris away, and grade the ground so you are left with usable flat space rather than a hole and a pile.

Do you need this?

If any of these sound like your property, this is the service:

  • A shed, carport, garage or barn is rotting, unsafe or in the way
  • An old deck, fence or outbuilding needs to go
  • You are clearing a lot for something new
  • A structure was damaged by storm, fire or age

How the job runs

  1. 1

    Check what is in it

Structures built before the late 1970s can contain asbestos or lead. We identify anything that needs specialist handling rather than grinding it up and spreading it around your property.

  2. 2

    Disconnect services

Power, water and gas to the structure isolated and capped before anything comes down.

  3. 3

    Take it down

Demolished in a controlled sequence, working away from anything that is staying — fences, trees, the house.

  4. 4

    Sort and haul

Metal separated for recycling, the rest loaded out in our truck. Multiple loads where needed, all included in the quote.

  5. 5

    Grade the ground

Footings and slab removed where required, the ground levelled and graded to drain. Seeded on request.

What affects your price

Driven by size, what it is built of, how many truck loads the debris makes, whether a slab or footings have to come out, and machine access. Hauling and disposal are included in our quotes, not added afterwards.

We quote after seeing the site, and the price we give you is fixed and in writing. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.

Why it's different in Georgia

Several metro Atlanta counties require a demolition permit even for outbuildings, and utility disconnection sign-off before work starts. We handle that. Georgia 811 is also called before any footing or slab excavation.

FAQ

Demolition — your questions

Do you haul the debris away?

Yes, always, and it is in the quote. Debris removal is part of the job, not an extra you discover afterwards.

Do I need a permit to demolish a shed or garage?

Often yes — it varies by county and by structure size. We check and pull it as part of the job rather than leaving you to find out after the fact.

Can you remove the concrete slab too?

Yes. Slab and footings can be broken out and hauled, and the ground graded afterwards. Say so at quote stage so it is priced in.

What about asbestos?

Anything built before roughly 1980 may contain it. We identify it and bring in licensed abatement rather than demolishing it — this is not a corner anyone should cut.
